Only Fifty Cents
After all of this, a new chapter in my life begins,
Everything that happened helped shape me into the person I am today,
Helped build my self esteem, maturity and now I have a different perspective on trust.
I've learned how to brace myself, live life as it goes day to day.
I've learned that life is a risky roller coaster ride.
I'm living my life everyday like it is my very last.
Around the loopdy loop and through the dark and gloomy tunnel,
Forgiving, forgetting and letting go of my past.
A roller coaster ride costs fifty cents,
It pays for a wonderful experience, not neccissarly all fun.
There's a big drop at the beginning and the rest is unknown,
But I'm ready to let go, my story has only just begun.
