Far
Lonely Star
Looking up into the night sky,
I see one far lonely star.
I think about my life before,
By now it seems way too far.
Laughing singing, I was happy,
Dancing alongside the trees.
Hippidy hopping with the frogs,
Buzzing along with the bees.
My imagination ran wild,
Twenty four hours a day.
But now all of those crazy thoughts...
BOOM they have all flown away!
Now I'm stuck on reality,
This boring lifeless thing.
No dancing trees or buzzing bees,
Just me myself and nothing.
So now I look into the sky,
Everything seeming so far.
And now to me it all makes sense,
I am the far lonely star.
